I have over 23 years experience as an Insurance Company Claim Executive and Property Damage Appraiser representing hundreds of Domestic and International Insurance Companies. During the course of 20 years as an "Industry-Insider", I've held various Senior Insurance Claims Department Positions including: Senior Adjuster, Claim Supervisor, Branch Claim Manager, General Claim Manager and Assistant Vice President of Claims. In this last position I was responsible for all property damage claims settlements in 5 Mid-Atlantic States up to $1,000,000.00.

In 1985, I started my insurance career as a trainee Claims Adjuster with GAB ROBINS NORTH AMERICA. During the course of 17 years, I was promoted numerous times and held various senior claims position including Senior Adjuster, Claim Supervisor, Branch Claim Manager, General Claim Manager and Assistant Vice President of Claims.
In this position, I was responsible for directing and controlling all activities of the property and casualty claims department for 10 office locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Responsible for a staff of 46 Claims Adjusters closing over 8,000 claims annually.
